My lovely client, Natasha, chose this cabochon from my gemstone collection, and commissioned me to create this labradorite ring for her mum.
The gorgeous stone is offset beautifully by the silver. I’m very happy with the end result!

After seeing this opal ring that I made on FaceBook, Alina chose this gorgeous piece of labradorite from my gemstone collection and asked me to make her a ring.
Originally she wanted it to have two small smoky quartz cabochons beside it, but this stone was too large to fit them all together on a finger!
I think it’s pretty fabulous just by itself, anyway. The stone was more amazing than my mediocre photography skills could do justice to!

One of my dearest old school friends asked if I could create a bangle for his daughter’s 16th birthday.
He sent me a sketch of what he wanted, and described the ocean feel he was looking for in the stones.

Labradorite is a feldspar, and like moonstone, has what is known as the schiller effect. It is also known as spectrolite, black moonstone, and falcon’s eye. Labradorite is said to bring good luck. It is supposed to aid with healing emotional wounds, calming and reducing negativity.

I was recently contacted by Greg, who was after something special for his partner Fi.
They both came to visit me, and Fi was able to choose her very own gemstones from my collection.
A quick measure with my ring sizers, and I created these treasures. I love the blend of amethyst, moonstone and labradorite – it may be a Pisces thing!
