I created this cross for a lovely customer to give her partner.
It is a birthday gift, and replaces a cross that was lost.
The cross is hollow, so it is large but light, and structurally interesting. It was great fun to create!

Chrysocolla and Sterling Silver Granulation Pendant
I’m always pleased to create custom pieces for people using gemstones from my ever-growing collection, and this was no exception!
What made this chrysocolla pendant special is that it’s for a birthday girl, from a group of her friends – and I got to meet the person who commissioned it.

Green Jasper Cabochon
The huge and gorgeous green jasper gemstone cabochon shown here is 58mm long, and is available to be handcrafted into a custom made ring or pendant for you. It was mined in Mexico.
Jasper is believed to encourage personal bravery and help people gain independence. It is thought to help cure gynecological problems and to strengthen the stomach. Some believe it can help bring rain, and it has been used as a protection against evil spirits and snake and spider bites.

The beautiful ruby in fuchsite gemstone cabochon shown here is 34mm long, and is available to be handcrafted into a custom made ring or pendant for you. It was mined in India.
Ruby is a variety of corundum, with a value of 9 on Mohs Scale of Mineral Hardness. The red colour of the stone comes from the element chromium, and the name comes from the word ruber, Latin for red. The ruby is associated with love. It is believed to be aid to circulation, and to help cleanse and remove infection or germs in the blood.
Fuchsite is the green variety of muscovite and is believed to be good for inspiration and intuition.
Black Tourmalinated Quartz Oval Cabochon
The gorgeous black rutile quartz gemstone cabochon shown here is 24mm long. It was mined in Brazil.
Rutile quartz is thought to act as an antidepressant. It is believed to relieve fears, phobias and anxiety. It is supposed to absorb mercury in cases of poisoning. It is thought to assist with impotence and infertility and help with exhaustion. Rutile quartz is thought to assist with issues of the respiratory tract and thyroid.

Blue Coral Round Cabochon
The lovely blue coral round gemstone cabochon shown here is 19mm diameter. It is available to be handcrafted into a custom made ring or pendant for you.
Coral has been prized as a gem for thousands of years. It is believed to offer protection and to assist with infertility.
Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper Cabochon

The lovely earthy coloured oval poppy jasper gemstone cabochon shown here is 30mm long. It is available to be handcrafted into a custom made ring or pendant for you.
Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper is found at Morgan Hill in California. It probably was formed from sun-dried and oxidized iron-rich clay, whose cracks were filled in by other substances.
Poppy Jasper is said to wake up and energize areas of the body that seem to be sleeping. It is believed to encourage a connection with nature. It apparently inspires a positive attitude and gives the motivation and energy to take creative action. Jasper was thought to drive away evil spirits and protect against snake and spider bites.
Sterling Silver Bow
Ages ago, my lovely sister wondered if I could create a silver bow for her to wear.
I stored that request in my (not so great!) memory bank, and created this bow recently as a gift for her birthday.

Chrysocolla and Granulated Sterling Silver Ring
A lovely customer wondered if I could resize this raw ruby ring to fit. I couldn’t, but I offered to create her another similar ring.
This lovely piece of chrysocolla was the perfect stone for it!

Heart Shaped Sea Glass and Sterling Silver Claw Set Pendant
Alana had me create this seaglass and sterling silver pendant for a friend of hers a little while ago, and she asked me if I would be able to create her a pendant using a piece of seaglass that she had found.
It’s a lovely heartshaped piece, beautifully soft from its time in the ocean!
I think it looks as good from the reverse as it does from the front. I hope Alana enjoys it!
